Ravi Krishnaswamy is the Corporate Vice President, Azure Commercial Industry Global. He oversees key industries such as retail, logistics, energy, financial services and others.

This International Coaching Month, Ravi will be speaking on ‘A Leaders Journey to transformation’, with in the context of bootstrapping business model innovation and culture transformation within a large corporation leveraging Artificial Intelligence and emerging tech.

As the Group Chief Technology Office at InMobi, he championed the business model transformation to Enterprise SaaS strategy, led strategic partnership with Microsoft Azure and Open Data Initiative; spun-off TruFactor Intelligence As a Service unit. Incubated and scaled Glance in stealth mode, a B2C app with 75MN+ DAUs in India, a unicorn in its own right. Before InMobi, Ravi was with Flipkart, an indigenous eCommerce decacorn out of India (now owned by Walmart). He led the company to hockey stick recovery in 2016-2017. Led the Microsoft strategic Azure partnership. Was instrumental in driving the $4 Billion+ investment round from Microsoft, eBay, Tencent and SoftBank. Owned $150MN infra P&L, built India’s largest private cloud.

Prior to that, Ravi was with Microsoft for almost 2 decades. Led .NET Core Framework, Common Language Runtime. Led the creation of Azure Compute charter at IDC, converging Bing’s Autopilot with Azure Fabric among other things. He has nineteen patents and two publications.

We are celebrating International Coaching Month with Manfred F. R. Kets de Vries. He is going to be talking to us about how Executive coaching is a matter of culture. Kets de Vries brings a different view to the much-studied subjects of leadership and the psychological dimensions of individual and organizational change. He is the Distinguished Clinical Professor of Leadership Development and Organizational Change at INSEAD, Program Director of “The Challenge of Leadership: Creating Reflective Leaders,” the founder of INSEAD’s Executive Master Program in Change Management and the founder of INSEAD’s Global Leadership Center. The Financial Times, Le Capital, Wirtschaftswoche, and The Economist have rated Manfred Kets de Vries among the world’s leading management thinkers and among the most influential contributors to human resource management.

Kets de Vries is the author, co-author, or editor of more than 50 books, 400 academic papers, and 100 case studies, including seven that received the Best Case of the Year award. Kets de Vries is the first non-US recipient of International Leadership Association Lifetime Achievement Award. American Psychological Association has honored him with the “Harry and Miriam Levinson Award”. He is also the recipient of the “Freud Memorial Award”. In addition, he has also received the “Vision of Excellence Award” from the Harvard Institute of Coaching. Kets de Vries is the first beneficiary of INSEAD’s Dominique Héau Award for “Inspiring Educational Excellence.”

Dr. Patrick Williams is an author and a Personal Development Coach. One of the early pioneers of coaching, Pat is often called the ambassador of life coaching.

Dr.Pat will be speaking on the importance of Psychological Mindedness and Executive Coaching. He will speak about theories from some of the Masters of Psychology that have wisdom that still applies today. Dr. Pat will also bring to us new insights in psychological safety in the workplace, emotional transparency, emotional Intelligence, everything that is wrapped up into that.

Dr. Pat has worked with organisations like Hewlett Packard, IBM, Kodak and other companies along the front range of Colorado. Dr. Pat is currently engaged in projects included teaching coaching and mentoring to formerly incarcerated federal prisoners, and currently working on a documentary film about the power of the coach approach for those in prison and for re-entry success back into society. He started his own coach training school, the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT),in 1998.

Dr. Pat is a past board member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Founding member of Harvard University’s Institute of Coaching. In May of 2006 Dr. Pat was awarded the first Global Visionary Fellowship by the Foundation of Coaching for his Coaching the Global Village (www.CoachingtheGlobalVillage.org) initiative to bring coaching methodologies to villages in developing countries and to leaders of non-profits and non-governmental organizations who serve them.
